In this collaborative project, I worked alongside a team of three other creatives to develop a full-scale social media and membership growth strategy for Coastal Heritage Society, a nonprofit organization that operates six museums across Savannah, Georgia. Our team conducted a comprehensive audit of CHS’s brand, audience behavior, competitors, and digital presence to identify key challenges, including low membership awareness and limited storytelling across social platforms.
Together, we developed the campaign concept “Unlock the Fun,” a social-first, interactive initiative designed to position CHS membership as the gateway to year-round, family-friendly experiences. I contributed to the creative strategy, messaging, and content execution, including the development of Instagram and Facebook content frameworks, microsite concepts, and the “Summer Bucket List” UGC-driven challenge.
This project strengthened my experience in collaborative strategy development, integrated campaign planning, and translating research into real, measurable digital activations. It also sharpened my ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining a strong creative and strategic point of view.
