Project Type: Social Media Competitive Analysis
In this project, myself and two classmates conducted a deep dive social media competitive analysis for Alo Yoga, focusing on how the brand positions itself within the activewear and athleisure market. We analyzed Alo’s digital presence across platforms and examined competitors like Gymshark, Lululemon, and Fabletics to uncover performance gaps, growth opportunities, and emerging trends in the wellness and fitness space.
From this research, we developed a campaign concept titled “Activewear That Works As Hard As You Do,” designed to reposition Alo as a performance-driven, premium activewear brand. We created platform specific strategies, keyword-driven content, and UGC focused tactics to increase visibility, strengthen engagement, and improve SEO rankings. This project strengthened my ability to blend data, creative strategy, and real world competitive insights into cohesive, actionable digital campaigns.
